Gluten Free Testimonials:

I am allergic to gluten and dairy. I got into working out in the morning. Being dairy and gluten free, there are very few breakfast solutions for me. Burning so many calories in the morning without enough protein is not a good idea. So the Simply Bar turned into a quick and simply solution so that I can get the protein I need, at the calories I can have. Right now I find them invaluable and truly appreciate the product

I think you might have a good angle with people with multiple food intolerances, those who are gluten-free and vegan/vegetarian, or those choosing to eat very healthily and cleanly. Like myself, I know a lot of celiac or gluten sensitive patients that have many digestive difficulties and multiple food allergies. A lot of us must eat very cleanly to stay moderately well. I am still personally in recovery, but have an extremely restricted diet; in addition to gluten and dairy intolerance, I also have 20+ related sensitivities. Finding any food I can eat, let alone a pre-made energy bar, is a huge challenge. I was surprised to find the Simply Bar online, after searching for a safe food I could eat on-the-go as I travel next month. Best of luck on your growing brand; I'm glad I was able to find you guys online!

Most gluten free snacks are high carb and full of sugar.
The Simply Bar is a great filling, protein snack alternative.

We aren’t just gluten-free…
We are 100% certified gluten-free and proud of it!
It isn’t always easy for celiacs to find foods that meet their nutritional and personal needs. We have all seen major issues with labeling in the past. These aren’t just labeling issues: they can be the difference between feeling sick or feeling great!

At Wellness Foods we eat gluten-free. After taking the advice of a dietitian at the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University, we were committed to improving our standards of testing. We still follow strict manufacturing practices and now screen all our products using R5-Elisa testing by Bia Diagnostics. All our products are certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) and are produced in a dedicated gluten-free environment. Please note that our facility also manufactures oats. Oats are naturally gluten-free. It is important to source the oats as they may have been grown in a field that at some point grew other gluten containing grains. However, there is no need to worry as our oats are tested as they arrive at our facility.

At ‹5ppm our delicious protein packed bars are both safe for our celiac consumers as well as an excellent source of tasty nutrition.

No more white starchy carby foods!
Many gluten free foods contain white rice, potato flour and starch– ingredients with many calories which provide little or no nutritional value,. The Simply Bar is unique in that it offers great protein without all the sugar and refined carbs.

Celiac and weight gain
Most gluten free foods like baked goods have 50% to 100% more calories than a comparable gluten containing food of the same size. People with celiac disease often gain excess weight after they have adopted a GF diet. Our view? Keep eating the things that are naturally gluten free- veggies, fruits, lean proteins and keep one Simply Bar for a snack when out on the road or during emergencies. We recommend keeping one packed in the car, at work or school and in your computer bag/purse.

Gluten and milk intolerance
Up to half of Celiacs tested may also be intolerant of milk protein. For these people – often with ongoing digestive issues despite following a strict GF diet – going dairy-free can be of help. It is important to note that it isn’t just lactose which can cause issues but the very protein in milk itself.

Gluten in additives

The Simply Bar is additive free, and our manufacturing process guarantees a gluten-free environment.
